About
Kindred Moore is a soulful, sweet-tea lovin' actor, singer, and dancer from Charleston, South Carolina.
At an early age Kindred discovered the theater was where her talents and passions aligned, and she has been pursuing a career in musical theatre ever since! She made her professional debut at twelve years old with Moranz Entertainment singing a variety of styles including country, gospel, rock, pop, and musical theatre.
She recently earned her BFA in Musical Theatre at Boston Conservatory at Berklee and is now based in NYC. Her Boston Conservatory credits include playing Rosalind in Shaina Taub’s As You Like It, Cinderella’s Mother in Into The Woods, and a member of the dance ensemble in Something Rotten and Candide.
This spring Kindred originated the role of Sam in Pleasure Never Lies, a new musical written by Brad Moranz and Marshall Hagins. The musical made its world premiere at PURE Theatre in Charleston, SC. She was also selected as a top fifteen finalist from the #SearchForDolly casting call for the DOLLY Original Musical.
Off-stage Kindred loves to write music, attend Church of the City, and drink iced lavender lattes while making coffee for the people of NYC!
